Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through useverdicta.com. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS — NO REFUND AFTER DELIVERY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds are issued once the Product has been delivered.
Verdicta's Products are digital frameworks delivered instantly upon purchase. Because full access to the Product is provided immediately, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable once delivery has occurred.
What "Delivery" Means
Delivery is defined as the moment Verdicta or our systems send the Product access link or access credentials to the email address you provided at checkout. Delivery is established by timestamp and transmission record.
Delivery is considered complete regardless of whether you:
• Have opened or read the delivery email
• Have clicked the access link
• Have duplicated the template to your own workspace
• Have actually used the Product
If you believe our systems failed to deliver your access link, you must contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase before any remedy can be considered (see Section 4).
2. NO GRACE PERIOD OR COOLING-OFF
There is no cooling-off period, grace period, cancellation window, or "try before you buy" option for our Products. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right to withdraw from the purchase (if any such right would otherwise apply) is waived upon delivery of the access link.
3. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL — NO REFUNDS
How Auto-Renewal Works
Your subscription renews automatically on an annual basis. Approximately 7–8 days before your renewal date, Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor) will send a renewal reminder email to your registered email address. On your renewal date, your subscription is automatically charged at the then-current annual price unless you have canceled beforehand.
RENEWAL CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. You are responsible for canceling before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue your subscription.
The following do NOT qualify for a refund of renewal charges:
• Forgetting to cancel before the renewal date
• Not reading or receiving the renewal reminder email
• No longer needing the Product
• Not having used the Product during the prior subscription period
• Canceling after the renewal charge has processed
How to Cancel Before Renewal
To prevent renewal, cancel your subscription using one of the following methods before your renewal date:
• Log into your customer portal via the link in any Lemon Squeezy email and cancel your subscription
• Email [email protected] with your cancellation request (include your order email and, if available, your order number)
Allow at least 48 hours before your renewal date when submitting a cancellation request by email to ensure it is processed in time. We are not responsible for cancellations submitted after the renewal has already processed.
4. LIMITED REFUND EXCEPTIONS
We will only consider a refund request in the following specific circumstances:
Exception 1 — Non-Delivery Due to Technical Failure
If our systems failed to send the Product access link to your registered email address and you did not receive access through any channel, you may request a refund or re-delivery. You must:
• Contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase
• Confirm your registered email address and verify it is not blocking our emails (check spam/junk folders first)
• Allow us to investigate our delivery logs before a refund is issued
Note: An unread email in your inbox or spam folder does not constitute non-delivery.
Exception 2 — Duplicate or Erroneous Charge
If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, or if a billing system error resulted in an incorrect charge, you may request a refund for the duplicate or erroneous amount. Contact [email protected] with your order details within 14 days of the erroneous charge.
Exception 3 — Billing System Error
If a verifiable error by Lemon Squeezy's billing system caused an incorrect charge (for example, a charge processed on the wrong date or for the wrong amount), we will work with Lemon Squeezy to correct it.
How We Process Exception Refunds
To request a refund under any of the above exceptions:

• Include your order email address, order number (if available), and a description of the issue
• We will respond within 5 business days with our determination
Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. CHARGEBACKS
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a charge that does not fall within the exceptions in Section 4 constitutes a violation of these Terms. In such cases, we reserve the right to:
• Terminate your subscription and revoke Product access
• Dispute the chargeback with Lemon Squeezy and provide evidence of delivery
• Recover costs associated with processing the chargeback
